For about 12 months I was the product lead for this kids' safe mobile environment, and manage content filtering and recommendation systems, UI, monetization, proper ads and every other aspect of it.

From ideation to delivery, this app is definitely one of the most interesting cases I had.
Collaborating with Mas Watad, an Arabic sector health and cuisine guru, I created her branded app only after personally participating in Arabic weight watchers meetings, conducting user interviews and thorough research of this persona.

A 20 hours consultation sprint in which I reviewed and analyzed the existing performances and led to overall improvement in main KPIs - FTUE, 2nd day retention, conversion to content creator, completing survey funnels etc.
